Therefore, we do not discriminate based on race, religion, gender, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, age, or any other factor. **You are all that matters**! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support in controlling and managing departmental documents; * Assist with the receipt and recording of service invoices — tax classification; * Support verification of taxes and inconsistencies, and review of tax ledgers; * Organize and archive incoming/receipt invoices (from Purchasing); * Assist in ISS analysis and withholdings; * Develop tools to standardize, digitize, and improve internal processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in Accounting Sciences; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially strong skills in creating and editing control spreadsheets (Excel focus); * Conversational English is desirable; * Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., with a one-hour lunch break. **Additional Information*** We care about your well-being and want you to feel healthy both at work and outside of it.
