Job Summary: The professional will manufacture Zamac products according to technical specifications, ensuring quality, safety, and productivity standards during injection molding machine operations. Key Highlights: 1. Operate injection molding machines, controlling parameters and inspecting quality 2. Act preventively and propose improvements to production processes 3. Maintain equipment and measuring instruments **Job Objective** Manufacture Zamac products according to production orders and technical specifications, ensuring compliance with the company's established quality, safety, and productivity standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Operate injection molding machines, controlling process parameters and inspecting the quality of produced parts; * Feed the machine with raw material appropriate for the production process; * Perform cleaning, maintenance, and organization of equipment and the work area; * Complete records relevant to the production process, in accordance with technical standards for quality, safety, environment, and health; * Identify, segregate, and report non-conforming products; * Maintain measuring instruments and equipment under their responsibility; * Report any anomalies or irregularities detected during production to the immediate supervisor; * Act preventively to avoid non-conformities and propose process improvements; * Perform related tasks as directed by the immediate supervisor, provided the individual is duly qualified. **Requirements** **Minimum:** * Completed elementary education; * Experience in Zamac or aluminum casting. **Desirable:** * Completed secondary education; * Professional qualification courses in industrial or metallurgical fields. **Behavioral Competencies** * Agility in performing tasks, with focus on quality and safety; * Good interpersonal skills; * Dynamism and proactivity; * Availability and willingness to develop new skills. **Job Information** * **Salary:** R$ 2.971,83 * **Benefits:** Dental care, Basic food basket, Transportation allowance * **Employment Type:** CLT (Permanent) * **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM; Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM * **Work Mode:** On-site Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Pay: R$2.971,83 per month Benefits: * Dental care * Basic food basket * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
