Teamwork to prevent machine downtime **OPEN POSITION – Industrial Maintenance Mechanic** **Immediate Start** **Company:** Metallurgical industry **Location:** Jardim Inamar – Diadema/SP **Must reside in Diadema or nearby areas, as the company provides only 2 daily transportation passes (1 outbound and 1 return).** **Working Hours:** 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday to Thursday) Friday until 4:00 PM 1-hour break **Employment Type:** CLT \| Permanent **Job Type:** Full-time **Salary:** To be discussed **Main Responsibilities / Functions:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machines and equipment * Diagnose mechanical failures and propose effective solutions * Carry out disassembly, repair, and reassembly of mechanical components * Lubricate machines and equipment according to the maintenance plan * Monitor machine operation to ensure optimal performance * Interpret technical drawings and equipment manuals * Collaborate with the production team to prevent machine downtime * Complete maintenance reports and activity logs * Maintain workplace organization, cleanliness, and safety **Requirements:** * Proven experience as an industrial maintenance mechanic * Technical knowledge in the field * Experience in the metallurgical industry * Commitment and responsibility * Punctuality * Good communication skills **Benefits Provided by the Company:** * Transportation allowance (with 6% deduction, limited to 2 daily passes – 1 outbound and 1 return) * Meal allowance based on attendance: R$ 180.00 (with R$ 30.00 payroll deduction) * Breakfast provided on-site **Meals:** The company provides only breakfast.
