Job Summary: Temporary Senior Environmental Analyst to manage, monitor, and report on environmental indicators, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Support in environmental license management, regulations, and audits **SENIOR ENVIRONMENTAL ANALYST (TEMPORARY)Number of positions: 1** Location: Tecon Santos (Guarujá/SP) \- Clia Santos, Clia Guarujá, CD São Bernardo do Campo, and Tecon Santos (primary). Willingness to travel to the cities: Santos/SP, Guarujá/SP, São Bernardo do Campo/SP. Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM Work model: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) **Requirements**: Mandatory education: Completed bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Management, Business Administration, or related fields; Language: Intermediate/advanced English; Mandatory training or certification: Training and/or specialization in Environmental Management and related areas; Proficiency in computer tools and advanced spreadsheets (Microsoft Office suite); **Responsibilities:** Responsible for environmental indicators (water, waste, and emissions); Knowledge of GHG Protocol methodology and decarbonization plans; Prior experience participating in improvement projects; Management of KPIs and preparation of presentations; Participation in meetings with managers and executive leadership; Interaction across the entire company; * Conduct and oversee environmental studies, ensuring technical and regulatory alignment with operational units and consulting firms; * Consolidate, analyze, and report corporate environmental indicators, including waste, effluents, atmospheric emissions, water consumption, energy use, and environmental efficiency; * Prepare and consolidate corporate information for Sustainability Reports, Environmental Inventories, and internal and external reports; * Consolidate and report Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Emissions Inventories based on the GHG Protocol methodology (Scopes 1, 2, and Scope 3\), ensuring data quality, traceability, and consistency; * Prepare and submit environmental and emissions reports to global corporate headquarters, ensuring adherence to methodologies, deadlines, and international standards; * Provide technical guidance for environmental license management, authorizations, and legal requirements at operational units, ensuring legal compliance; * Provide technical support regarding environmental legislation, technical standards, and national and international trends applicable to the port and logistics sector, assessing impacts and proposing adjustments in coordination with operational units; * Develop technical processes to meet requirements of internal and external environmental audits; * Support implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Environmental Management Systems (e.g., ISO 14001, CONAMA 306, etc.), ensuring standardization across units; * Develop and implement environmental process improvements focused on operational efficiency, impact reduction, and legal compliance; * Develop and consolidate the annual calendar of environmental initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy; * Contribute to decarbonization initiatives, circular economy, waste management, and efficient use of natural resources; * Develop and deliver environmental awareness training and initiatives for corporate staff; * Serve as the environmental focal point in internal meetings, committees, and forums, promoting cross-departmental integration and communication. * Comply with and promote Santos Brasil’s integrity standards, policies, procedures, and other guidelines, ensuring ethical conduct and alignment with organizational values. **Salary: 5\.359,28** **Benefits**: Meal voucher (VR) and transportation voucher (VT). **Employment Contract Model**: Fixed-term CLT contract of up to 9 months.
