Optimization of financial processes and internal controls **About the Role:** We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to strategically manage the company's finance function, supporting decision-making with robust analyses, business acumen, and a results-oriented mindset. This professional will be a\-key contributor to organizational predictability and sustainable operational growth. **Responsibilities:** * Perform bank reconciliations. * Develop, monitor, and review financial planning (Budget and Forecast). * Analyze Income Statements (DRE), cash flow statements, and financial KPIs. * Develop and automate managerial reports and dashboards. * Conduct economic feasibility analysis for projects and investments. * Manage and optimize cash flow (short-, medium-, and long-term). * Monitor costs, expenses, and margins. * Support strategic decisions alongside executive leadership. * Design and improve financial processes and internal controls. * Interface with departments such as accounting, tax, commercial, and operations. * Support audits and ensure financial compliance. **Requirements:** * Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields. * Solid experience (5\+ years) in finance. * Strong proficiency in financial data analysis. * Experience with Income Statements (DRE), cash flow, and budgeting. * Advanced Excel skills (mandatory). * Experience with ERP systems and BI tools (Power BI is a plus). * Analytical, organized, and results-oriented profile. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in e\-commerce, marketplaces, or retail. * Exposure to fast-growing environments. * Knowledge of financial modeling. * Experience in process automation (e.g., SQL, Python, BI). **Behavioral Competencies:** * Critical thinking and strategic vision. * Proactivity and autonomy. * Ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels. * Operational organization and discipline. * Focus on efficiency and continuous improvement.
