We are seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a team of approximately 40 employees, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety in the production processes of a PPE manufacturing company focused on plastic injection. **Responsibilities** * Lead, guide, and monitor production team activities, ensuring achievement of quality, productivity, and safety targets. * Deliver periodic reports; * Coordinate plastic injection and PPE assembly processes, operating and adjusting injection molding machines as required; collaborate with Quality for production monitoring. * Ensure production flow aligns with PCP (Production Planning and Control) scheduling coordinated with Sales, including task programming, assignment, and performance indicator tracking. * Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and support employee development. * Identify process improvement opportunities and propose/implement actions to optimize operations. * Ensure compliance with internal standards, proper use of PPEs, and good manufacturing practices. * Monitor machine production cycle times. * Support integration and training of new employees. * Oversee factory shift start and end times. **Education** * Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Industrial Management, Engineering, or related fields. * Intermediate Excel proficiency (formatting, charts, pivot tables). * Familiarity with operating systems and ERP systems. **Requirements** * Minimum 3 years’ experience in production, preferably within plastic manufacturing industries. * Leadership profile. * Practical knowledge of plastic injection and injection molding machine operation. * Experience with PCP (Production Planning and Control) routines. * Prior experience managing teams (leadership of large groups is a significant advantage). * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, sense of urgency, and leadership posture. * Problem and conflict resolution skills within a factory environment. * Proactive attitude. * Ability to conduct training sessions jointly with the Quality Analyst. **Functional Requirements (Mandatory)** * Full COVID-19 vaccination. * Availability for **100% in-person work** in Diadema. **Desired Profile** * A leader who develops 40 factory employees—not merely assigns tasks. * Ability to maintain smooth operations even under pressure. * Process-oriented mindset and sound decision-making capability. * Firm yet empathetic interpersonal approach with the team. **Compensation and Benefits** **Job Conditions:** Monthly salary: R$ 5,000.00 **Benefits:** Transportation allowance Breakfast PLR (Profit Sharing) Food basket Dental plan at no cost to employee Group life insurance **Employment Type: CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws)** Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 7:30 AM–5:30 PM; Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM **Work Mode:** In-person Job Type: Full-time, permanent CLT position Compensation: R$5,000.00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Food basket * Profit sharing * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Please describe your experience leading a factory-based team
