Responsibilities: * Provide telephone and email customer service. * Prepare quotations and ensure customer approval. * Receive repair orders, conduct critical analysis, and confirm them with the customer. Track repair progress and keep all stakeholders informed. * Monitor importation procedures, when required. * Manage advance payment processes. * Develop proficiency in using company systems. Requirements: * Completed technology degree or bachelor’s degree (preferred). * Prior experience in administrative roles, preferably in commercial and after-sales areas. * Customer service experience. * CRM system knowledge (preferred). * ERP system knowledge. * Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills.
