With corporate headquarters in Dublin, Ireland, Experian is listed on the London Stock Exchange (EXPN) and is a constituent of the FTSE 100 Index. **Job Description** * Document project activities, alignments, and deliverables. * Deliver training to customers. * Lead the entire customer onboarding process, ensuring speed and quality in delivery. * Map customer needs and assess resolution options within the tools offered by Mova. * Serve as the primary point of contact for initial inquiries, ensuring a positive experience. * Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Legal, Support) to resolve pending issues and align expectations. * Propose continuous improvements. * Identify growth opportunities. * Recommend to customers the optimal options and best practices for using Mova’s APIs and/or White Label solutions. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree or higher. * Prior knowledge of technology and APIs is a plus. * Prior experience in the financial sector, Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS), or Credit-as-a-Service (CaaS) is a plus. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Proactive and critical mindset. **Additional Information** Serasa Experian is much more than you imagine.
