SENIOR DIGITAL MARKETING ANALYST JOB DESCRIPTION* Plan, implement, and optimize digital strategies focused on lead generation and qualification, operating throughout the entire funnel from attraction to retention. * Develop and manage complete sales funnels, ensuring efficiency in customer acquisition, conversion, and retention; * Manage campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms; * Analyze performance metrics (CAC, LTV, Churn, MRR, ARR, Conversion Rate, ROI, Forecast) and generate reports to support strategic decisions; * Structure lead automation and qualification processes, integrating Marketing, SDR, Sales, and CS teams; * Identify trends, propose innovations, and ensure best practices in digital marketing; * Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to create high-impact materials and actions. REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related fields; * Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in digital marketing, online campaign management, and sales funnels; * Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot) and marketing automation platforms (Insider and Apollo); * Solid knowledge of customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and expansion strategies, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, inbound marketing, social media, and email marketing; * Experience managing and optimizing campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads; * Experience analyzing performance metrics (Google Analytics, dashboards, CAC, LTV, churn, MRR, ARR, ROI); * Strong analytical skills to interpret data, conduct A/B testing, and suggest improvements based on performance indicators; * Relevant certifications (Google Ads, Google Analytics, etc.) and basic graphic design and image editing skills are a plus.
