Technical support, automation, and report generation **Role Summary:** We seek a candidate currently pursuing or having completed a degree in IT who leverages logical reasoning and technological proficiency to optimize our operations. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Data and Inventory Management:** Perform rigorous inventory control, recording material receipts via Electronic Invoices (NF\-e) into the system. * **Internal System Maintenance:** Ensure the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system remains up to date by correcting inconsistencies, registering products, and optimizing information flows. * **Technical Support:** Maintain hardware (computers and printers), configure local networks (Wi\-Fi/cabling), and provide support to other team members. * **Automation and Reporting:** Apply technical knowledge (e.g., advanced spreadsheets or system logic) to generate inventory reports and restocking alerts. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Currently enrolled in or graduated from a higher education program in Technology fields (e.g., Information Systems, Systems Analysis, Computer Science, or related disciplines). * **Technical Knowledge:** Proficiency in hardware, basic networking, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel or Google Sheets). * **Administrative Skills:** Analytical ability to verify fiscal documents and organize physical/systematic inventory. **What We Seek:** A detail-oriented individual who understands that a well-maintained system prevents errors at the point of sale and who can swiftly resolve everyday technical issues. **Working Hours:** * **Monday to Friday:** **08:00 to 18:00** * **Saturday:** **08:00 to 12:00** **We Offer:** * Competitive salary commensurate with the role; * Benefits (Transportation Allowance and Meal Voucher); * Collaborative and stable work environment.
