**Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** 08:00 to 17:48 **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code **Job Description:** We are looking for a Nutritionist to lead and manage our operations in an industrial kitchen. The professional will be responsible for ensuring contract compliance and customer satisfaction, as well as optimizing the quality of services provided. **Responsibilities:** Responsibility, ensuring customer retention. Analyze and monitor food quality and customer service, implementing improvement actions when necessary. Plan and request purchases of products and services according to the menu and meal volume, adjusting when necessary. Ensure the quality of received food items and verify they are in suitable condition for use. Monitor inventory activities, organizing and maintaining the integrity of stored materials and defining minimum and maximum levels. Develop and oversee the production flow at all stages. Guide workplace hygiene, utensils, and equipment, as well as supervise preventive and corrective maintenance. Monitor meal preparation and distribution, checking customer acceptance and controlling clean surplus and plate waste indicators. Coordinate and guide the team, clarifying doubts, assigning tasks, and conducting training sessions. Report unit control data to supervision. Daily review of the team's time sheets, recording absences, delays, and medical certificates. Participate in meetings with the client to meet demands according to the contract. Approve planned menus, keeping costs within established limits. Generate improvement actions in case of deviations in indicators such as cost, CMV, and menu planning. Train and develop the team to efficiently meet the unit's demands. **Requirements:** **Requirements:** Experience in industrial kitchen operations with small and medium meal volumes. Active CRN registration. Experience in people management and knowledge of occupational safety. Familiarity with human resources routines and skills in training on good practices.
