Description: * Completed high school education; * Strong interpersonal communication skills; * Analytical ability in assessing situations; * Stress resistance; Physical requirements include broad and fine motor coordination, dexterity, articulation of upper and lower limbs, bipedal posture for performing duties, trunk rotation and flexion, physical effort, and walking throughout the entire operational area. Sensory requirements include visual acuity for moving baggage from conveyor belts to transport equipment, pavement navigation, loading and unloading aircraft with luggage and cargo, signaling around the flight being serviced, and inspecting and scanning the floor for dropped objects; auditory perception is required to identify audible signals from equipment and machinery on the tarmac. Neuropsychological requirements include attention, concentration, organizational ability, data interpretation, and initiative to resolve causal situations. * Monitor the aircraft during arrivals and departures; * Verify and monitor baggage and cargo labels; * Place and remove wheel chocks and cones on aircraft according to the Client's Manual or dnata's MGO; * Through reading baggage and cargo identification labels (with or without technological assistance), segregate items in airport sorting areas to load them onto storage devices (carts and/or ULDs) for the correct flights; * Stow baggage and cargo in aircraft holds following regulations and procedures outlined in the MGO, including recommendations for special situations (fragile, dangerous, live animals, perishable cargo); * Through reading volume identification labels, unload baggage and cargo and place them at designated locations (baggage reclaim carousels); * Segregate baggage and cargo during aircraft unloading to facilitate flight connections by reading volume identification labels; * Inspect and supervise packaging of cargo and baggage to verify compliance with transportation requirements, ensuring flight safety and safety of personnel handling the items; * Perform correct handling and appropriate stowage of baggage and cargo in aircraft holds, observing internal restraint and hold height safety limits; * Unload wheelchairs or baby strollers and place them at designated locations; * Position ground support equipment during coupling procedures with aircraft to prevent collisions with the fuselage; * Service aircraft within established timeframes for each service type and airport classification; * Conduct checklists on non-motorized equipment to ensure operational safety and report equipment requiring repairs to the GSE Technical Maintenance team; * Report any equipment malfunctions encountered during operations to supervisors. 2511060202271574713
