Providing technical support and assistance to users (via chat and service tickets). Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues. Performing preventive maintenance tasks and addressing recurring service tickets. Relocating, installing, and maintaining machines (CPUs and notebooks). Creating and managing operating system images. Managing and controlling IT asset inventory. Analyzing and resolving performance issues (reformatting is not the standard solution but rather a last resort). Administering and maintaining the CCTV system. Managing the printing system. Managing IT equipment and furniture. Generating reports and maintaining records in the ERP system.
