Know, respect, and practice our cultural code. . Know, experience, and be able to explain Magrass protocols, foods, services offered at the clinic, and use of the Magrass Clube App. · Accurately register customers in the system. · Schedule customers and correct errors or possible inconsistencies in the system. Update statuses immediately and finalize procedures according to the appropriate professional. · Manage WhatsApp inquiries. · Present the service agreement contract. · Receive customer payments. · Open and close cash register operations. · Provide courteous and welcoming service to walk-in and telephone customers.
