Your Role in the Game (Job Summary): You will lead the financial area restructuring. You will be responsible for redesigning processes, implementing the new ERP, and elevating governance and operational efficiency. This role requires resilience, openness to change, and the ability to navigate between strategic planning and operational execution, acting as a transformation agent in a dynamic and challenging environment. Plays That Depend on You (Day-to-Day Responsibilities): * Team Development: Build and develop a high-performance team focused on technical capability and a culture of continuous learning. * Multidisciplinary Management: Manage analysts handling billing, tax, accounts payable/receivable, credit analysis, and controllership, as well as external accounting, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with accounting standards. * ERP Implementation: Lead the new SAP implementation project—from requirements gathering through go\-live—ensuring alignment with company processes and team training; * Process Improvement: Implement and monitor efficient financial processes aimed at automating tasks, increasing productivity, and reducing costs. * OKRs and KPIs: Monitor financial OKRs and performance indicators, presenting action plans to achieve established targets. * Cash Flow and Liquidity: Continuously monitor cash inflows and outflows, ensuring liquidity and optimal use of financial resources. * Accounts Payable and Receivable: Control payments and collections, optimizing the financial cycle and preventing delinquency. * Expense Control: Identify and implement actions to reduce expenses and improve operational efficiency. * Accounting Close: Ensure timely delivery in accordance with agreed deadlines and accounting standards. * Reporting: Prepare reports featuring key financial area operational indicators and analysis of financial statements. * Budgeting and Planning: Manage the annual budget, conduct quarterly reviews, and collaborate with other departments to achieve objectives. * Executive Support: Provide financial analyses to support strategic decisions by senior leadership and the board of directors. * Risk Management: Ensure compliance with tax and accounting obligations, proactively mitigating financial and legal risks. * Auditing: Prepare financial processes to meet external audit requirements. Requirements: **What Makes You a Starter** (Requirements): * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Finance, Controllership, or Business Management (preferred). * Solid experience in financial management in leadership roles. * Advanced knowledge of financial statements, budgetary planning, and report/presentation development. * Advanced Excel. * Advanced English. **Differentiators That Get You Off the Bench** (Attributes That Add Value): * Experience in departmental restructuring and process improvement. * Proven experience in SAP or large-scale ERP implementation projects. * Knowledge of BI tools.
