Proven experience in flexographic printing We are hiring a **Flexographic Printer** to work in a manufacturing facility producing custom-printed bags. We seek a professional committed to quality, productivity, and attention to detail. **Responsibilities:** * Operate flexographic printing machines (roll-to-roll); * Prepare and adjust clichés, inks, and substrates; * Monitor the printing process to ensure quality standards; * Perform machine setup and necessary adjustments; * Identify and correct production defects; * Conduct equipment cleaning and basic maintenance; * Meet production targets and deadlines. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a flexographic printer; * Knowledge of printing on plastic bags or flexible materials; * Basic understanding of color, registration, and quality control; * Organization, agility, and accountability; * Availability to work rotating shifts. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with custom-printed bags; * Knowledge of anilox rollers, clichés, and ink types; * Technical training in graphic arts or industrial fields. **We Offer:** * Market-competitive salary; * Meal allowance and transportation allowance; * Structured work environment; * Opportunity for career growth within the company.
