You will be responsible for managing QC, ensuring work consistently aligns with customer expectations and legal requirements, guaranteeing quality and adherence to deadlines. You must maintain keen attention to safety and people management, keep track of activity schedules, and serve as the active interface with the client to meet their demands. **Alongside a team that makes things happen, you will:** * Lead the QC area in operations, ensuring value delivery to the client. * Ensure services meet required quality standards set by both the company and its clients, while complying with applicable regulations and standards. * Coordinate all necessary quality inspections and tests required for project progress and execution. * Collaborate with production and engineering teams to implement continuous improvements in inspection processes, aiming to optimize final service quality. * Ensure issuance and control of all inspection records for databook compilation. * Define and review procedures and workflows, focusing on continuous improvement. * Bring out the best in people and mentor team members under your responsibility. * Lead by example, being the first to embody our culture through your actions. * Structure, plan, coordinate, and direct people, activities, materials, and equipment to achieve established milestones and deadlines. * Create and improve processes, promoting a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement. * Review contractual requirements and specifications to plan, coordinate, and guide operations. * Monitor compliance with applicable legal requirements related to project quality control. * Direct all inspection activities. **Requirements and Qualifications** Required: * Availability to reside in Barcarena – Pará. * Completed undergraduate degree in Engineering. * Prior experience leading multifunctional teams (supervisors, inspectors, documentation technicians) on large-scale construction projects. * Previous experience in the industrial services sector. * Experience managing quality indicators. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Prior experience managing electromechanical, welding, scaffolding, refractory, instrumentation, and industrial painting services. * Knowledge of equipment inspection and test plans, material receipt, and traceability. * Experience with industrial shutdowns. * Extensive knowledge of welder qualification and performance monitoring. * Knowledge of ISO 9001 certification processes. **Additional Information** **OUR BENEFITS** We offer a healthy work environment and benefits**\*** that promote well-being: .
