Job Summary: A Custodian is responsible for performing cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure the cleanliness, organization, and safety of spaces, contributing to a pleasant environment. Assisting with environment organization and safety #### **About the Position:** The Custodian is responsible for performing cleaning and maintenance tasks for indoor and outdoor environments, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and safety of the spaces. Works to maintain a clean and pleasant environment. #### **Main Responsibilities:** * Clean all store departments; * Organize cleaning supplies to be used in the department’s daily routine; * Complete cleaning checklists after finishing work in each department; * Clean the warehouse as needed by the store; * Direct waste disposal to appropriate locations, following sanitary surveillance regulations; * Serve customers according to the company’s required service standards; * Perform minor building maintenance and general custodial services to ensure proper functioning of facilities; * Monitor correct usage of cleaning equipment and supplies; * Collaborate with the team to maintain environment organization and safety. #### **Desirable Qualifications (Preferred):** * Basic cleaning and maintenance techniques * Use of cleaning products and equipment * Basic knowledge of occupational safety and environmental protection #### **Benefits:** * Meal/food allowance * Health assistance * Telemedicine * Telepsychology * Dental plan * Nutritionist coaching * Sports coaching * Attendance program * Life insurance * Funeral assistance * Benefits club * Pharmacy discounts #### **Work Schedule and Hours:** * 6-day workweek with 1 day off * 7 hours 20 minutes per day
