We believe in harnessing the potential of waterways to move our resources and connect South America. **Want to embark with us on this journey toward a better future?** We are seeking a **Maintenance Coordinator - Navigation** who will be responsible for planning and coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance services for equipment and devices provided by the company. **Responsibilities and duties** As a **Maintenance Coordinator - Navigation**, your responsibilities will include: * Managing supervision and technical maintenance navigation teams; * Managing assets under your responsibility; * Overseeing technical training and team development; * Planning preventive and corrective maintenance activities; * Monitoring maintenance performance indicators and cost controls; * Monitoring and managing key maintenance performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies; * Managing the execution of predictive and preventive maintenance plans, implementing new technologies to optimize maintainability and reliability of company assets; * Preparing management reports; * Supporting activities such as planning, hiring, and departmental negotiations; * Acting as a facilitator with suppliers and service providers; * Facilitating fleet expansion projects and implementation of new technologies; * Ensuring compliance with governmental laws and regulations; * Monitoring the quarterly audit process according to the internal schedule; * Ensuring compliance with HBSA standards and procedures and safeguarding company assets; * Ensuring the Integrated Management System (SGI) complies with ISO9001 (Quality) and ISO14001 (Environment) standards; * Reporting on SGI – Integrated Management System performance and improvement opportunities; * Ensuring the integrity of the SGI – Integrated Management System is maintained when changes to the system are planned and implemented. **Requirements and qualifications** If you have: * Completed undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Naval Engineering, or related fields.
