




**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES SUMMARY:** * Manage all Personnel Department activities, such as payroll processing, hires, terminations, vacations, pensions, and other related administrative routines; * Organize and provide necessary information and documents for audits, inspections, and access authorization to company areas; * Monitor employee attendance and time records, ensuring accurate logging and proper adjustments when needed; * Support staff by clarifying questions and directly assisting operational areas whenever necessary; * Coordinate the issuance and delivery of ID badges, keeping access controls up to date; * Monitor HR processes and routines in work areas, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures; * Immediately report any irregularities or non-standard situations to management; * Contribute to other activities that promote organizational efficiency and achievement of company goals. **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Completed or ongoing Bachelor's degree; * Office Suite proficiency is desirable. **SALARY AND BENEFITS:** R$2,000.00 monthly salary + Expense Allowance + Transportation. **WORK HOURS:** Employment type: CLT / Work schedule: 7 AM to 5 PM Job type: Full-time CLT Pay: R$2,000.00 per month Experience: * Human Resources (Preferred) * Personnel Department (Preferred)
