




Job Summary: An optical sales professional responsible for serving customers, managing sales, performing customer registrations, and ensuring product quality and delivery. Key Highlights: 1. Optical product sales and customer service 2. Sales target management and sales performance tracking 3. Service quality verification and delivery Sell optical products (eyeglasses, contact lenses, and sunglasses); Serve customers according to the company's established standards, following the Sales Protocol steps; Monitor daily individual sales performance to ensure achievement of the monthly target; Track sales of complete eyewear (O.C.), ensuring timely report completion and achievement of biweekly and monthly targets via KPIs (Infoboard); Register customers in the system; Perform necessary measurements to ensure technically accurate optical sales; Process exchanges and returns (customer and system); Monitor service orders with the laboratory to guarantee service delivery within the timeframe communicated to the customer; Verify laboratory-delivered service orders against original orders (quality and preservation checks) and deliver them during the “magic moment”; Generate and receive cash bags; Minimum Education: High School (Secondary Education) * Transportation Allowance (VT) * Life Insurance * Medical Assistance * Dental Assistance * Product Discounts
