You will be part of a business built for the future by joining us on a transformative journey. **What you will do** ------------------- Work at Hydro Alunorte, ensuring compliance with proactive HSE tools within your area of responsibility; completing all training in alignment with HSE guidelines, operational procedures (PRO), administrative procedures (PRA), energy control (EBTV), chemical burn prevention, and other legal requirements; participating in mandatory training for qualification and updating; serving as an HSE discipline role model for your peers; reporting non-conformities, regulatory violations, deviations, or vulnerability-related issues to your immediate supervisor, as well as performing other related and inherent duties of the position. **What will make you successful?** -------------------------------- ### **Academic Qualifications** * Completed High School \- mandatory. ### **Knowledge and Skills** * Professional experience in the role of: Production Operator (jackhammer) or Mechanic; * Proven experience in process maintenance in the Bayer area; * Experience executing valve replacement in process lines; * Knowledge of paddle reversal execution; * Experience cleaning process equipment and tanks; * Practical knowledge of maintenance routines in industrial operations (preferably alumina refinery).
