Job Summary: An IT professional providing technical support, assembly and maintenance of systems, networks, and equipment, ensuring security and training employees. Key Highlights: 1. IT support and system and equipment maintenance. 2. IT security and access management. 3. Training and onboarding of new employees. **Job Description:** ---------------------- Provide IT support via Helpdesk; assemble and maintain computers, wired networks, telephony, Wi-Fi, CCTV, time clocks, printers, Windows operating systems (7, 8, 10, and Server), backups, antivirus software, and installation and configuration of applications. Secure files stored on servers; request and grant individual and corporate user access to systems and email; request quotations for IT services and equipment; maintain and monitor IT-provided resources. Train, instruct, and onboard new employees on IT department information, including access rights and usage policies. Comply with governmental laws, company policies, and Corporate IT guidelines; work effectively in teams; respect interdepartmental hierarchy. Instruct administrative, operations, driver, and collector staff on integration as needed during role or procedural changes.
