We are looking for professionals to develop Web systems, to collaborate in the construction of secure, scalable, and high-performance applications. The professional will be involved in the complete development lifecycle of existing and new projects, from conception through testing and deployment, with a focus on front-end. ***Responsibilities***  Lead, design, and develop efficient multi-user Web applications, both for server-side execution and browser-based execution, with cloud deployment capabilities.  Carry out all activities across all phases of application development and deployment using agile methodologies.  Collaborate and define technical solutions that meet business requirements, together with the product team and clients, implementing them efficiently and effectively.  Write well-designed, testable, efficient, reliable, secure code fully aligned with business needs and corporate reference architecture. Apply reuse concepts.  Develop and control coding to ensure code quality and maintainability, ensuring proper documentation and designing/executing unit and integration tests.  Support continuous improvement by proposing alternative solutions and technologies for application architecture review.  Participate in strategic technical decisions during solution development. Requirements: ***In addition to the standard prerequisites for be.áliant employees, we require the*** ***candidate to have:***  Bachelor’s degrees: Software Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering (other specialties), Mathematics, or Physics.  Technology degrees: Systems Analysis and Development or Internet Systems;  Proven experience in Web application (Web App) development of at least 5 years.  Knowledge and hands-on experience with the following technologies: o HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JQuery, JavaScript, ReactJS; o PHP; o IDEs: Visual Studio, NetBeans, or Eclipse; o Databases (MySQL/MariaDB) and SQL fundamentals; o OOP, RESTful APIs, Microservices; o PHP frameworks; o Application architecture and design patterns;  Initiative (self-taught, willing to take on challenges, engaged) and ability to work in self-managing teams.  Experience building cross-departmental partnerships within the company;  Experience with coding quality and best practices such as: TDD, unit testing.  Knowledge/participation in agile development processes with proven experience in Scrum, XP, or Agile methodologies for a minimum of 5 years. **Desirable:** Not mandatory for hiring, but considered differentiating factors in the selection process:  Specialization courses in Web technologies;  Postgraduate courses;  Technical English
