Job Summary: Work as a Junior Logistics Analyst, organizing and managing delivery scheduling, monitoring shipments, and aligning processes among carriers, customers, and internal teams. Annual Bonus: one full monthly salary tied to the company’s EBITDA. ***Earning Potential: up to 6 additional salaries per year!*** **Responsibilities** * Organization and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously; * Schedule deliveries with customers, considering receiving time windows, restrictions, and commercial deadlines; * Confirm and monitor shipment schedules with carriers and the shipping department; * Serve as the single point of contact among carriers, customers, and internal teams for logistics coordination; * Maintain updated records of appointments in systems (ERP, TMS, or spreadsheets); * Handle delivery-related incidents, such as refusals, rescheduling, or access restrictions; * Support development of performance indicators (KPIs) related to on-time delivery; * Identify bottlenecks and propose improvements to scheduling processes; * Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable quality and safety standards in logistics. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Management Processes, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of logistics chain and transportation; * Familiarity with management systems (ERP, TMS, POWER BI); Employment Type: Permanent CLT Contract Compensation: Starting at R$3,000.00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Commercial agreements and discounts * Life insurance * Meal voucher
