Requirements: * Technical experience and competencies; * Proven experience as a Specialist-level Product Designer; * Strong expertise in Information Architecture and designing complex user flows; * Practical experience in UX Design applied to digital products; * Experience with UX Writing, microcopy, and tone-of-voice definition is a plus; * Experience or interest in Conversational Design (e.g., guided flows, smart forms, assistants, chatbots) is a plus; * Proficiency in Figma, including organization, standardization, and best practices in prototyping; * Ability to prototype functional solutions following design best practices; * Experience conducting user research and testing (usability tests, A/B tests, qualitative and quantitative validations); * Demonstrated use of AI in the design process (discovery, ideation, writing, prototyping, or testing); * Experience working with agile methodologies and adapting to changes throughout the process. **We’d love it if you also have:** * Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions; * Systems thinking, considering end-to-end user journeys and cross-product impacts; * Attention to detail paired with strategic vision; * Creative and agile problem-solving capabilities when needed; * Active collaboration with multidisciplinary teams; * Interest in sharing learnings and contributing to the team’s growth. **A glimpse into your day-to-day with us:** * Collaborate on briefing development, problem understanding, and solution definition; * Design user flows and journeys, ensuring clarity and an excellent experience; * Support the definition and maintenance of the product’s communication strategy, in partnership with design, product, and content teams; * Ensure visual and textual consistency across screens, flows, and interactions; * Make data-informed decisions—leveraging both quantitative and qualitative insights, supported by design methods and theories; * Participate in user research, testing, and validation activities; * Share knowledge with your squad, contributing to the maturity of the design team.
