Job Summary: A professional to apply Strategic Sourcing and TCO, lead complex negotiations, manage stakeholders, and integrate a systemic Supply Chain perspective with data analysis. Proficient in Excel and BI tools to generate personal performance indicators. * **Legislation:** Ability to assess the tax impact (IBS/CBS and cClassTrib) on pricing formation and selection of service providers. * **Autonomy:** Lead medium-to-high complexity negotiations and directly interface with *stakeholders* to understand technical requirements. * **Soft Skills:** Strong negotiation capability and systemic understanding of *Supply Chain* processes. * **Negotiation Power:** Not merely requesting discounts, but using technical and commercial arguments to reach optimal agreements. * **Systemic View:** Understanding how procurement decisions impact corporate cash flow, inventory, and production. * **Emotional Intelligence:** Maintaining composure and professionalism during tense negotiations or when dealing with difficult suppliers. * **Analytical Profile:** Ability to interpret data (BI) and transform it into actionable insights for decision-making.
