Monitor and manage security solutions—such as antivirus and firewalls—to ensure data protection. Support the management and optimization of server and network performance, ensuring continuous operation. Install, configure, and maintain up-to-date software, guaranteeing compatibility and functionality. Perform preventive maintenance on equipment to enhance longevity and reliability. Log technical issues and applied solutions, maintaining a detailed operational history. Train users on new technologies and systems, facilitating optimal IT use for productivity.
