Job Summary: Intern to support Renault's HR department by preparing reports, dashboards, updating KPIs, and organizing training sessions, all within an innovative and human-centered environment. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: * Support the preparation of reports for monitoring development programs. * Assist in creating and maintaining dashboards and controls for the department. * Support the updating and analysis of HR KPIs (Headcount, training hours, turnover). * Assist in organizing and managing logistics for training sessions, including attendance tracking. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS: * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Intermediate-level English proficiency.
