We offer a full\-service boutique and expertise to help expand your brand through digital video, including market analysis, publishing broadcasters' content on digital stores, growth services through digital rights management, and audience development and marketing programs. **Responsibilities** * Reporting directly to the head of Content team, you will be responsible for managing the content upload of different YouTube channels using Portuguese and English languages in accordance with editorial guidelines and plans setup by clients. * Composition of videos and playlists descriptions in relation with search engine optimisation data (SEO). * Video publishing in accordance with the Client's set schedule. * Monetization management operations of each video via KEDOO processing software tools. * Content cross promotions in line with Head of division brief. * Process and communicate tasks to designers for delivery of marketing material (thumbnails, channels design, etc). * Periodically perform meta information updates. * Exploring and developing new ways to increase viewers' engagement. * Content sharing across social media to ensure maximum exposure. **Qualifications** * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English. * Proven experience as a content manager or a similar role. * Familiarity with SEO practices and Google Analytics. * Experience in managing social media platforms and creating content for them. * Proficiency in content management systems, such as WordPress or Drupal. * Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills. * Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment and deliver projects within tight deadlines. * Attention to detail, creativity, and ability to think outside the box. **Bonus** **Skills** **and** **Experience** * YouTube certification in Content Management. * Video editing skills. * Have a strong social media presence (blog, YouTube channel, Facebook page, Twitter account, etc.) with a large following. * Passionate about online video. **Other** * Remote, contract work.
