We are looking for a **creative, technical, and versatile Video Maker** who masters everything from video capture to final editing—including animations, visual effects, and content adaptation for different platforms. If you feel comfortable both in the studio and in After Effects, come join us! Your day-to-day responsibilities: * Capture and edit videos for various formats and channels (Reels, YouTube, podcasts, VSLs, among others); * Create short-form content for social media and long-form content for video channels; * Design animations, intros, and visual effects using **motion graphics**; * Apply brand visual identity consistently across all produced materials; * Organize and prepare the recording studio (lighting, audio, cameras, and other equipment); * Manage your tasks and deliverables within the **ClickUp** platform; * Ensure technical quality, aesthetic excellence, and innovation in every production; * Support the team with creative and technical solutions when needed; * Stay updated on video trends, formats, and digital language. What we expect from you: * Proficiency in **professional video and audio capture** (cameras, microphones, lighting, and studio setups); * Advanced editing skills in **Adobe Premiere** (or similar software); * Solid experience with **After Effects** for animations and visual effects; * Ability to adapt content for different formats and channels; * Practical knowledge of **visual identity** and application of aesthetic standards; * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to deadlines; * Autonomy, proactivity, and effective communication within multidisciplinary teams; * Experience with task management tools (ClickUp or similar). Preferred qualifications: * Experience with **artificial intelligence** applied to video, image, and sound; * Background in agencies or large-scale digital content production; * Skills in **photography and scene direction**; * Knowledge of **visual storytelling and branding**; * Familiarity with graphic design tools.
