Job Summary:
Manage mechanical maintenance teams to meet the company's needs with quality, productivity, and efficiency, focusing on cost optimization.

**Responsibilities:**
*Manage personnel to meet (labor, hours, materials, and machinery) the company's overall mechanical maintenance requirements with quality, productivity, efficiency, and competitive operational costs.*
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or Mechanical Manufacturing Technology;
* Technical knowledge in industrial mechanics: preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery, interpretation of technical drawings and catalogs, motors, gearboxes, compressors, and mechanical systems;
* Strong knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics: pressure systems, valves, pumps, and actuators;
* Desired knowledge of frequency inverters, PLCs, power and control electrical systems; strong experience in leadership of multifunctional teams;
* Failure analysis and development of techniques to reduce failures;
* Training and acting as a multiplier agent and/or facilitator.
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT
Compensation: R$5.000,00 - R$6.500,00 per month
