Description

Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for route planning and scheduling, order and fleet monitoring, inventory management, report and KPI tracking, and interfacing with internal departments and clients. Operational Performance Management and Cost Optimization Route Planning and Scheduling with Safety and Quality. Monitoring orders, inventory, fleet availability, and drivers via internal systems. Inventory and Demand Management Tracking reports, telematics systems, and communications from supervisors. Operations Monitoring, tracking delivery progress and fleet movement. Via tracking systems, direct contact with drivers, supervisors, and the fleet department. Interfacing with Internal Departments and Clients Communicating priorities, constraints, and scheduling updates via email, operational group chats, meetings, and daily alignment sessions with Fleet, Commercial, Tax, and Security teams. Ensuring transparency, alignment, and proper information flow. Documentation Control and Operational Compliance: verifying electronic invoices (NF-e), returns, fleet documents, and driver checklists. Operational Performance Management: tracking KPIs such as productivity, overtime hours, fuel consumption, returns, delays, and delivery performance. Generating reports, performing data cross-referencing, and proposing improvements. Optimizing costs and enhancing logistics performance.
