Paketá is undergoing a transformation of its collections operation — aiming for a results-oriented, automated, and data-driven structure. To lead this shift, we are seeking a Collections Coordinator who combines strategic vision with strong day-to-day execution capabilities. **POSITION MISSION** Structure Paketá’s credit recovery operation, managing internal B2B collections and the performance of third-party partners focused on B2C, in pursuit of efficiency, reduction of financial churn, and modernization of processes. **DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Coordinate collections operations for corporate clients (PJ), with an approach focused on maintaining commercial relationships * Lead and monitor the performance of agencies and third-party offices handling individual (PF) collections, defining KPIs and recovery targets * Design and implement multichannel collection workflows — email, SMS, WhatsApp, and voice — customized for different delinquency profiles * Identify opportunities for automation and AI usage in predicting default and personalizing payment agreements * Develop monitoring dashboards (aging, recovery by bucket, advisory performance) and report critical metrics to senior management **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS** * Experience coordinating collections, preferably with exposure to both B2B and B2C markets * Direct experience managing service providers and credit bureaus * Proven ability to build collection workflows from scratch and implement workflow improvements * Familiarity with ERPs, CRM/Billing systems, and interest in automation and data analytics tools * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Financial Management, or related fields **DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS** * Goal-driven profile with focus on continuous improvement of recovery metrics * Ability to handle complex cases and define negotiation authority levels that balance cash flow and customer retention * Analytical mindset: affinity for numbers and ability to translate data into operational strategies **WHAT IT’S LIKE TO WORK AT PAKETÁ** At Paketá, those joining operations have real autonomy to propose changes and see the tangible impact of their work.
