Job Summary: A professional responsible for actively participating in driver selection, evaluation, and training processes, aiming for continuous improvement and auditing of procedures. Key Highlights: 1. Participate in all phases of driver selection and evaluation. 2. Propose individualized development and training plans. 3. Audit drivers' operational and administrative processes. \- Actively participate in the Driver Selection process across all phases; \- Actively participate in the Driver Evaluation process, proposing individual development plans; \- Actively participate in the Driver Training process, proposing training plans; \- Develop and maintain up-to-date training materials; \- Evaluate the effectiveness of applied trainings; \- Support drivers with assistance from Operations Managers and Psychologists; \- Assess drivers' working conditions at facilities, during transit, and at client sites; \- Pursue continuous improvement of driver-related processes while ensuring appropriate cost control; \- Audit operational and administrative processes and procedures related to professional drivers; \- Develop an operational driver record and map inefficiencies in driving behavior, proposing improvement actions Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$3\.000,00 \- R$5\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Fuel allowance * Food basket * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
