Therefore, here you will find people from different places and backgrounds who believe in the importance of unity and the power of support and inclusion. **Responsibilities and duties** Conduct analysis, importation, data entry, classification, and accounting reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and integrity of records; Prepare financial statements, trial balances, balance sheets, management reports, and accounting data analysis; Perform accounting data entries from Excel spreadsheets into the ERP system; Actively participate in monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual accounting closings; Collaborate with the team in implementing improvements in accounting processes; Ensure compliance with tax and fiscal obligations, as well as calculation of taxes to be paid; Provide information and technical support to other members of the accounting team; Timely submission of information to our headquarters in Australia. **Requirements and qualifications** Experience: Solid experience in preparing financial statements, accounting reconciliations, and balance sheet closing. Experience in supporting internal and external audits and inspections. Previous experience with TOTVS Protheus is a plus. Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is a plus. Technical knowledge: Knowledge of Brazilian accounting standards (CPC) and IFRS. Knowledge of taxation (ICMS, IPI, ISS, PIS/COFINS, IRPJ, CSLL, etc.). Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, charts) will be considered a strong advantage. Skills and competencies: Analytical ability and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proactivity in handling accounting issues. Ability to work under fixed deadlines.
