**RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Set up and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, bending, cutting, etc. * Adjust cutting parameters, workpiece clamping pressure, coolant flow direction, tool offsets, measuring instruments, and automatic or manual loading and unloading systems. * Perform dimensional adjustments to prepare tools for operation. * Understand task specifications and desired outcomes by interpreting operation sheets, mechanical drawings, etc. * Prepare and load raw materials and parts into the machine. * Conduct test runs to verify that machines produce results according to specifications. * Adjust machines to complete full cycles aimed at manufacturing large quantities of parts. * Quality control of parts: perform visual and dimensional inspections to ensure compliance with technical specifications. * Monitor machines during operation and make any necessary adjustments to improve output quality. * Inspect and measure finished products and compare them against requirements to determine if the process was completed correctly. * Check and perform daily machine maintenance to ensure functionality.
