Focused on excellence and innovation, it continuously strives to meet market needs. **Responsibilities:** Provide technical support to employees for software and hardware installation and configuration, and for patch updates on servers and computers. Maintain up-to-date software and hardware inventory for the environment. Open and track internal and external technical service tickets, provide support for internet connectivity and VPN. Perform backups and recovery testing, and configure intranet. Monitor servers, create users in Active Directory and email servers. Keep infrastructure documentation updated and maintained. Perform tasks relevant to Support Analyst routines. Position based in Limeira / SP.
