Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Support Technician to provide first-level support, installation, configuration, maintenance, and incident monitoring for corporate systems and hardware. If, like us, you believe you can make a difference, join our team and grow with us! **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide first-level support for corporate systems, software, and applications on-site. * Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues. * Perform equipment relocation, addition, and replacement. * Ensure customer platform availability and performance. * Meet SLAs and service-level agreements related to infrastructure, telephony, and IT. * Log, track, and resolve tickets via ITSM. * Monitor environments and follow up on incidents until resolution. * Perform preventive and corrective hardware and operating system maintenance. * Support equipment deployments and relocations, validating and resolving incidents. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Technical or undergraduate degree in Information Technology or related fields. * Experience with field service support. * Intermediate-level proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. * Knowledge of networking and telecommunications systems. * Experience with microcomputers and notebook maintenance. * User support experience. **Preferred Qualifications:** * English proficiency. **CLT Employment \+ Benefits:** * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM. * Complimentary transportation or transportation allowance. * Medical and dental plans. * Life insurance. * Meal/voucher allowance. * Discount club. * Access to Wellhub (gyms) and Mente Tranquila. * Discounts on Positivo products. * University partnership program. * And much more.
