Currently, we are seeking professionals from the fields of Welding, Boiler-making, or Metallurgy to work **on-site under a temporary contract (3 months)** at a Brazilian industrial company specializing in the development and manufacturing of gas-sector equipment—recognized for its high technical standards, rigorous safety practices, and excellence in quality—located in **Paulínia/SP.** Join our team and advance your career with us! **Key Responsibilities:** * Assemble and MIG-weld non-series boiler assemblies within a manufacturing environment. * Assemble components per technical drawings and perform MIG welding, ensuring quality, technical compliance, and proper product finish. **Technical Requirements:** * Proven experience in the manufacturing industry, specifically in boiler-making. * Practical experience assembling components and boiler assemblies. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. * Experience with MIG welding process. * Ability to complete full assembly and finalize welding per technical specifications. * Must reside in Paulínia/SP or surrounding area. **Selection Process Steps:** * Application submission and initial online interview with EDC Group HR. * Technical assessment with the hiring manager: candidate will undergo a practical test evaluating: interpretation of technical drawings; component assembly; MIG welding execution; quality, finish, and compliance of completed work. * Contracting/Hiring. **Temporary contract for 3 months (with possibility of extension or conversion to CLT permanent employment).** **Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 07:00–17:00 | Friday, 07:00–16:00** **This position requires an in-person practical assessment to evaluate domain knowledge.
