Job Summary: Professional responsible for managing and supporting the Protheus ERP system, administering databases, managing networks and IT infrastructure, performing equipment maintenance, and managing corporate email systems. Key Highlights: 1. Advanced ERP Protheus – TOTVS management and support 2. SQL Server and Oracle database administration 3. IT network and infrastructure management **Responsibilities:** * ERP Protheus – TOTVS management and support (adjustments, configurations, updates, and training for modules including PCP, Billing, Inventory, Finance, Purchasing, etc.). * SQL Server and Oracle database administration. * Network management (installation, configuration, and maintenance). * Support for Windows operating systems (desktops and servers). * Corporate email management (Google Workspace, Outlook, Exchange). * Equipment maintenance (desktop computers, printers). * Infrastructure management (VLANs, switches, virtualization, internet, load balancing). **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields. * In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with the Protheus Totvs system. * Advanced knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, virtualization, and security.
