Knowledge: **Technical Skills (*****Hard Skills*****)** **Advanced Spectral Analysis:** In-depth knowledge of spectrum interpretation, time waveforms, and orbit plots for fault diagnosis (imbalance, misalignment, mechanical looseness, bearing failures, gear faults, resonance, etc.). **Instrumentation:** Practical knowledge of various sensor types (accelerometers, velocity sensors, displacement sensors) and their applications. **Maintenance Software:** Proficiency in specialized vibration analysis software and familiarity with **CMMS/ERP** systems (for work order registration and tracking). **Remote Diagnosis:** Ability to analyze data from **online** vibration monitoring systems. **Machinery Knowledge:** Solid understanding of the operation and typical faults of rotating equipment such as pumps, compressors, turbines, electric motors, fans, and gearboxes.
