Job Summary: The Maintenance Planner is responsible for planning and scheduling maintenance activities, managing systems, and supporting operational efficiency in an inclusive environment. Support for safety, quality, and continuous improvement **Join us as a Maintenance Planner** **PURPOSE OF THE ROLE** You will be part of a team that believes in doing work that matters — for people and for the planet. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * **Planning of maintenance activities** + The Maintenance Planner is responsible for structuring and planning preventive, planned corrective, and improvement maintenance activities, ensuring all tasks are correctly defined, prioritized, and ready for execution. This includes planning activities to resolve tags and anomalies, aiming for greater operational efficiency and improved material stock turnover. * **Weekly scheduling and alignment with operations.** + The planner is responsible for developing and communicating the weekly maintenance schedule, consolidating activities from production areas, utilities, and building services, and ensuring alignment with manufacturing, SHE, and quality. This schedule is formally communicated to leadership and technical teams, as evidenced by the recurring weekly scheduling emails from the Aguaí factory. * **Management of maintenance systems (DMS).** + Creation and tracking of technical service requests Functional testing and support to the support team Dissemination of system knowledge across the team * **Support for safety, quality, and operational efficiency** Interface with third parties and resources Support for reliability and continuous improvement Participation in scheduled shutdowns Control and management of maintenance costs. **REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering; * Experience as a Maintenance Planner or Maintenance Technician. * Experience in the maintenance field; * Maintenance planning and scheduling (analysis of scheduling and organization of activities); * Management and understanding of maintenance costs; * Intermediate Excel proficiency; * Power BI knowledge; * Analytical and communicative profile. **At Unilever, inclusion is at the heart of everything we do.** We welcome applications from all backgrounds and are committed to creating an environment where everyone can thrive/succeed.
