This professional will assist chefs in preparing dishes from the Rotisserie menu. **Responsibilities and duties** * Assist chefs in preparing roasted and fried dishes, marinating pork, beef, and chicken; breading meats for frying. * Wash and chop vegetables and legumes for salads and cooked dishes. * Package dried fruits, weigh them, and place them in the sales area. * Monitor product expiration dates. * Assist in customer service and restocking the counter and food service area. * Responsible for sector hygiene and organization, following Sanitary Surveillance procedures. * Wash dishes, pots, and general kitchen utensils. **Requirements and qualifications** Education: Completed elementary school Flexible availability of working hours. Qualifications: Prior experience in restaurants or rotisseries is a plus.
