Among the responsibilities of this role, the professional will need to monitor and supervise activities performed by the workforce. **Responsibilities and Duties** Assist the Contract Coordinator in: contract management; planning and controlling all service stages; acting as the company's legal representative; scheduling tasks; monitoring contract execution; fulfilling contractual scope; ensuring quality and progress of activities; performing scheduling, planning, and fiscal cell duties; executing, whenever necessary, receiving, logistics scheduling, material inspection, and preservation activities; developing action plans to correct potential deviations or changes in the initial plan due to new demands; monitoring operational progress; planning cargo and equipment movement activities; supervising lifting and cargo movement operations according to the rigger's plan; preparing customer measurements; participating in and supporting inventory audits; attending and supporting critical operational review meetings with the client; anticipating difficulties and seeking ways to improve performance and safety during task execution; managing work shifts; occasionally, and in compliance with technical specifications, operating Category B operational vehicles/equipment (e.g., forklifts, light trucks); arranging equipment maintenance when required; enforcing area standards and procedures; coordinating with Petrobras' cargo movement team to schedule equipment for unloading oversized materials; entering invoice receipts into PETROBRAS' information system; recording requester data in the entry document for direct-delivery materials; performing accounting receipt via PETROBRAS' information system; entering materials with expiration dates into PETROBRAS' information system, indicating batch numbers; digitizing and uploading photos of received materials, delivery confirmations, certificates, and other relevant delivery documents—such as DANFE, CLM, data books, weighing tickets, and related documentation—into PETROBRAS' information system; creating and managing material locations both in the information system and physically, transferring materials between warehouses located at the UN as needed; providing timber blocks and wedges per specifications for storing plates, pipes, and other items; optimizing space utilization and prioritizing placement of materials in covered areas; conducting physical counts of inventory items according to the schedule defined by Inspection; supporting inventory coordination in investigations by: querying movements in PETROBRAS' information system; verifying entries and exits in documentation; physically locating materials in warehouses and with users; recounting divergent items upon request from Inventory Coordination; conducting annual inventory for 100% of inventory items or as directed by Inspection; processing write-offs in case of sales and/or arranging disposal upon authorization from Inspection; scheduling and coordinating with buyers for removal of alienated assets; generating Waste Disposal Forms where applicable; supporting asset alienation processes and removal of alienated materials; maintaining organized materials/structures to comply with best practices in warehousing logistics; auditing operational and PLR indicators; conducting DDSMA and training sessions; complying with all health, safety, and environmental (HSSE) routines, procedures, and standards involved in the process. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical or Technologist higher education degree in: mechanical engineering, instrumentation, industrial automation, robotics, electromechanics, electrotechnics, or electronics; * Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse administration, storage, and material supply activities; * Knowledge of invoice receipt and/or issuance is an advantage; * SAP system knowledge is desirable; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite: Word, Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint; **Additional Information** * Salary: BRL 4,045.40 + 30% hazard pay; * On-site meals; * Food allowance of BRL 250.00; * Health insurance (UNIMED); * Dental insurance (AMIL); * Gym membership plan (TOTAL PASS); * Profit-sharing program; * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM; * Work location: Petrobras \- REPLAN; If you seek more than just a job—if you aspire to be part of something greater—TPC is the right place for you!
