Perform technical validation and code review of pipelines and team deliverables, ensuring quality and architecture. Execute data governance, ensuring integrity, traceability, and compliance within Delta Lake. Develop and provide technical mentorship to junior and mid-level team members. Ensure adoption of data engineering best practices and development standards. Plan and monitor sprints and the area’s demand backlog.
