Want to join this team? **Then come join us!** **Responsibilities and duties** * On-site monitoring of field service interventions with maintenance providers on Vivo's optical networks, ensuring quick, high-quality service with minimal customer impact; * Keep Vivo service management records properly updated with information about field events and actions taken; * Minimize network downtime to improve customer experience; * Inspect service deliveries, repairs, and installations; * Conduct field inspections and manage feedback processes through control systems and e\-mails; * Monitor service deliveries for large clients with DWDM and other telecom operators; * Personally validate pending issues and requirements identified by Vivo management or service providers; * Handle internal requests (circuit deployments) and external ones (swaps with other operators); * Participate in periodic meetings with EPSs and Vivo network management, addressing operational issues and needs; * Must be comfortable interacting with other operators, highway concessionaires, and other stakeholders; * Maintenance of external cable networks, including working at heights; * Preparation and maintenance of external splices; * Maintenance and securing of network mounting components on poles; * Testing and splicing of optical fibers. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed High School education; * Valid and active Driver's License \- **Category B;** * Prior experience and skills in field inspection work desirable; * Good interpersonal skills; * Team-oriented mindset; * Commitment; * Willingness to learn and grow individually; * Basic knowledge of working at heights and near electrical and telecom networks, as well as familiarity with optical network equipment and instruments (OTDR, Power Meter, fiber identifier) is desirable; * Availability for short trips and a 6X1 work schedule. **Additional information** Here’s what we offer you: At Vivo, we go to great lengths to support and value our employees.
