Sorting gas cylinders by batch on platforms and in yards. **Position: Loading and Unloading Assistant (Production) – Paulínia/SP** **RH Paulínia**, in partnership with a company in the **liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) cylinder industry**, is seeking professionals for the role of **Loading and Unloading Assistant**. We are looking for candidates with physical fitness and willingness to perform dynamic and physically demanding tasks. **Job Information:** * **Employment Type:** Temporary Position (5–6 openings available). * **Work Location:** Betel, Paulínia\-SP. * **Working Hours:** Monday to Saturday. * **1st Shift:** 06:10 AM to 03:10 PM (availability to stay until 05:30 PM / 06:00 PM\). * **2nd Shift:** 09:30 AM to 06:30 PM (availability to start at 07:30 AM for overtime). * **Saturdays:** 06:10 AM to 10:10 AM\. **Compensation and Benefits:** * **Base Salary:** BRL 1\.948,98 \+ 30% Hazard Pay (Total: **BRL 2\.533,67**). * **Commission:** Variable productivity bonus (average BRL 230,00\). * **Meals Provided:** Breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snack at no cost. * **Meal Voucher:** BRL 765,00 per month (loaded onto card after 30 days of work). * **Transportation:** Company-provided shuttle (Paulínia) or transportation voucher (6% payroll deduction). * **Additional Bonus:** Semi-annual PMC bonus based on performance targets (BRL 100,00 to BRL 600,00\). **Main Responsibilities:** * Loading and unloading containers (gas cylinders and empty cylinders) from trucks. * Using trolleys and conveyor belts to move cargo. * Sorting gas cylinders by batch and brand on platforms and in yards. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Completed elementary school. * **Residence:** Must reside in Paulínia/SP. * **Physical Condition:** This position requires physical fitness to walk throughout the shift and lift/carry gas cylinders (manually or via trolley). Candidates must be agile, attentive, or have prior experience in physically demanding roles.
