Job Summary: As an Administrative HR Apprentice, you will assist in recruitment and selection processes, support file organization and system updates, and provide operational support to various HR departments. More than just vehicles travel our roads — here, we connect people and energize freight transportation across some of the country’s most important economic corridors. **Responsibilities and Duties** **As an ADMINISTRATIVE APPRENTICE \- HR, you will be responsible for:** * Assisting in recruitment and selection processes (scheduling interviews and contacting candidates); * Supporting the organization and maintenance of physical and digital HR files; * Supporting the updating of HR spreadsheets and internal systems; * Clarifying doubts and guiding employees and managers in accordance with Group Arteris policies and procedures; * Providing operational support for HR department requests across various areas. **Requirements and Qualifications** **It is important that you have:** Completed high school; Aged between 17 and 18 up to under 22 years old; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Availability to work 6 hours per day, in person, Monday through Friday, during morning shifts; Residence in Araras/SP. **Additional Information** **What We Offer:** Meal or Food Allowance; Transportation Allowance; Life Insurance; Birthday Day Off; Wellness Platform; UAD \- Arteris University of Development.
