**Job Summary:** Responsible for administering, customizing, maintaining, and supporting the TOTVS Protheus ERP system, meeting user needs and ensuring system integrity, security, and availability. Works closely with business areas to map processes, propose improvements, and implement technological solutions aligned with company objectives. **Main Responsibilities:** **1\. Protheus ERP System Support:** * Handle and resolve support tickets related to the Protheus ERP (modules such as Billing, Purchasing, Inventory, Financial, Accounting, among others). * Identify and resolve systemic and operational errors. * Perform testing and validation of updates, patches, and customizations. **2\. Customization and Development:** * Develop and maintain customizations using ADVPL and TOTVS Developer Studio tools. * Create reports, SQL queries, functions, and specific routines as required. * Perform integrations with other systems via WebServices, REST/SOAP API, or other methods. **3\. Protheus Environment Administration:** * Execute and monitor version updates, data dictionary, RPO, binaries, and Protheus packages. * Manage users, permissions, and access profiles. * Monitor system performance, optimize resources, and adjust configurations. **4\. Requirements Gathering and Projects:** * Gather requirements from business areas. * Document processes, workflows, and functional and technical specifications. * Participate in projects for implementing new modules or functionalities. **5\. User Training and Support:** * Deliver training sessions for end users. * Create and maintain user manuals, procedures, and system documentation. **6\.
